Recently I quite like the name Sarah. WDYT of the name? Sadly in my area people often call a clumsy girl "depperte Sarah" which means "stupid Sarah". Do you think it would be bad for a girl to have this name here then?
Also, what's better: Sarah, Sara or Sarai?

I like the name Sarah, I know a lot (including two German Sarah's!) and I prefer the spelling Sarah.

I have a soft spot for the name Sarah. I have a few close friends named Sarah, and I just like the way it sounds. However, I agree that the quota for Sarahs is full at the moment. I do love (and would definitely use) the name Sally, though. =)

I prefer the Sarah spelling. Unlike most people, I like names that end in h. Sarah seems more complete than Sara imo.

Sarah / Sara sounds nice, but it's overused. I personally prefer the spelling Sara. Either is ok though. I like the fact that Sarai is fairly uncommon, but it kind of reminds me of psoriasis.

It has been so overused that it has lost its charm for me. I think Sara, Sarai / Saraia, Sarika and Sariah are far more refreshing. Also Selah, if you wanted a completely different name but with a similar look/sound.

I love the name Sara! With this spelling, it's one of my personal faves. I really like the combo Sara Elisabeth. I think it's a lovely, classy, feminine name that will age well.

Sarah is nice, too, but I just think Sara is so much prettier and not as common.

Sarai isn't my style.

Well my name is Sarah, so obviously I'm going to say that I love the name! Sarah is definitely my fave version of the name out of Sarah, Sara and Sarai. Maybe it might not be the best idea to use Sarah as a fn, with the negative saying that is around.

I like the name I don't care that its popular, I wouldn't use it though coz I already have a niece named Sarah (Sarah Elizabeth)

I like the name, but only if it's spelled Sarah. It can be an amazing name with the right MN.

That's my sisters name!! I like the spelling Sarah better but it REALLY suits my sister. It's sorta out for me though (I can't call a child Sarah if it is my sisters name).

I ADORE the name Sarah. I also love Cera pronounced the same way.

I'm heavily biased towards Sara, as it's my sister's name, but I don't think we need any more in the world. Quota was filled almost seventeen years ago, I'm afraid. ;)

my name is sara elizabeth and i have never liked my name. Its TOO popular. i have meet numerous "sarah elizabeth's". Growing up there was always 3 or more sarah's in my class. the one thing i like about my name is that it is spelled with no "h" which makes it a little more unique. I would not reccomend this name. Give your little girl her own identity!
