I love it, although it's more of a Russian name, to me. The river running through St. Petersburg is the Neva. It's pronounced "nyeh-VAH" in Russian, although in English it's "NEE-va." Both are very pretty.

I haven't really heard it outside the US. I think I like nyeh-VAH quite a bit more. I'll have to find a middle name for it.
