I'm under the impression that it's pronunced rooks-AHN-drah (or rook-SAHN-drah if you prefer, "oo" as in "boo"), though I could certainly be wrong on that point. I welcome any and all necessary corrections, heh.
Anna names have never done anything for me, and while I like Roxanne, and I knew a really fabulous one in school, I can't see myself ever wanting to use it, you know? :)
