I like it, I've seen the name Velka, which I think is a varition.

Reminds me of "Bulky". I prefer Bella.

There are many Russian names I like, but this one I hate. I dont like the beginning sound of, belk. It reminds me of belch.

Belka actually means Squirrle in Russian, but I think its a cute name for a girl.

I'm not sure, I like 'differnt' names but I would need to get use to it. For instance I didn't like my nephew's name at first (Bailey) but now I could not imagine him being anything different!

It reminds me of the department store Belk. I dislike the sound of it.

NMSAA. I think that a girl would be made fun of with this name. Belka, because of the department store Belks here in the US. It just sounds too clunky to me. I'm sorry if this seems harsh.
