I think 2007 has begun with me starting to like extremely different names compared to last year (which was only yesterday), and I've started to like Andraste and Andrasta an awful lot. I really like the sound of it, although as much as I prefer the spelling Andraste, I think that Andrasta would prevent spelling confusion.

So, WDYT? Any mn suggestions? (I'm liking Andraste Soleil at the moment) Be brutal, go on :)

I don't like it at all. It reminds me of toothpaste. Not sure why. Soleil is pretty, though.

I love Andraste...its been on my list for ages but it just seems like a real person could never quite pull it off. Andraste Soleil is really pretty, but I think I would pair a name like Andraste with something just a little bit more pronouncable.

I know what you mean. I like my combos, but I'm trying to work in a different feel in some ways. Stupid New Year's restlessness. :)

Andraste is pretty. I tend to like mythology names regardless of the culture. I'm not a fan of Soleil, though.
