I love the name Antonia, it was the name of myself as a fantasy princess when I was a child.
I agree, I dont like the nn Toni, and I think you could make Anya work.
My name is Karina, and I got Reens, Reenie and Reens from it. The trick it to just tell people that her nicknames Anya.
Personally I like Henry and Antonia, Antonia and Genevieve,however I don't really like Adelle and Antonia. Im not a big fan of alliteration with siblings.
For a combo, I like Antonia Jade.
