[Opinions] Polly?
What do you think of Polly? It would be a girl. I don't know what to think of it. I kind of have a love/hate relationship with it.

I think it's spunky, and a fresher alternative to Mollywhich is becoming overused, unfortunately. Yes, Polly Pocket, yes, polyester, but I like it nonetheless. Of course, I also like Poppy and Posey, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I don't actually mind it. I think it would be nice on a little girl these days. I still prefer Molly to Polly or Holly though.

I don't hate it, and I wouldn't mind meeting a little girl with this name nowadays, but it's just not a favorite. I don't care for the sound of it, for some reason, and it makes me think of parrots, Polly Pocket, and polyester. :b

I love it only as a nickname for Mary.

I understand the love hate thing.
Part of me think of parrots and that it sounds ridiculous and not like a proper thing for a girl to be called, but part of me like it in the same way that I like Molly.
I think I have decided that I kind of like it and that I possibly could use it (not as a full, given name though).

I think it's cute, but I wouldn't use it personally.

I think it's a nice nn for Apollonia, but I'm afraid that I think it's too cutesy and childish to stand on its own.

Makes me think of a bird from a movie I saw.

I don't like. It's a name for an old fashioned spoilt child. (no offence for anyone with this name, it's just how I feel)

Thanks.
