It reminds me of a soft drink from my childhood called Chresta, there was a bear in the advert whos catchphrase was "Its Frothy man" or "Thats Frothy man"
It also reminds me of the toothpaste Crest.

Honestly, it makes me think of Crest toothpaste. I don't like it at all.
