Those names are either a bunch of jokes or just plain horrible. There is not a single one I even slightly like.

Jack-Jack David - Jackson David would be better. Jack-Jack will always be the freaky baby that turns into fire in the Incredibles in my mind.
Jayden Maddox - LOVE Maddox! Jayden is way too trendy.
Nevin Joshua - Nevin is NMS. Joshua I have always disliked.

Cody Bluejacket: There is a town called Bluejacket Oklahoma, I wonder if this kid's parents have some connection. No matter what, it's not a good name. Cody Bluejacket sounds a little like a high school football team.
