Romina is one of my all time favorites, and I love Pilar... that's all I can think of at the moment.
My mother works at a school and there is a Hispanic student named Dulce, which is beautiful, and if I were actually Hispanic and had a child, her name would be Esperanza. I don't think it works on non-Latins though.
