1. Marina is pretty name, though I much prefer Maria, personally.
2. As sibling names, I think Marina & Olivia are lovely. Shannen & Piper don't seem classic in the way that Marina & Olivia do. As middle names, I think Marina Olivia would make the nicest combo, though I'm not too fond of the "a" ending in both names. I love Olivia by the way :-)
3. Marina Josette, Marina Elisabeth, Marina Celeste, Marina Caroline, Marina Juliet, Marina Kathryn, Marina Lillian, Marina Lacey, Marina Lucy, Marina Rachel
