I love less-is-more Christine. Christina has a slightly "goody-goody" sound to it. Christine sound more like a sophisticated woman.

I prefer "C" variants for female names, rather than "K" variants. But Kristine is fine, too.

Not a big fan of the name because I do think it's dated, but if I had to choose, I'd pick Cristina. It's how I'm used to seeing it spelled.
