How could you skip Hallam?
It's one of my favorites from him, and Tennyson was so obsessed with his friend that he wrote a huge poem upon his passing (In Memoriam, A.H.H.) and then named his son Hallam in honor.

The female can be -ovna or -evna
if father's name ends in consonant (Anton, Alexandr, Oleg), it will be -ovna. (Antonovna, Olegovna)
if the name ends in -y (Alexey, Andrey and so on), it will be -evna (Alexeyevna)
And the male patronimic can be -ovich or -evich, the same rules (Antonovich, Alexeyevich)
there are some exceptions anyway
