I dislike the "Rude" part of the name [m]
I wouldn't use Rydlan its too close to the drug Ritalin. If I had to pick I'd choose: Rudlin.

I don't think it is pronounced that way. I believe it is pronounce "Rudd-lynn"
Definitely not Rydlan, in the US, at least.
It's sound-alike to Ritalin, the infamous ADHD medicine.
All the versions starting with Ryd- remind me of Ritalin, while all the Rud- versions remind me of the verb "to rut." :-/ I just don't see this as workable at all, no matter the spelling.

In Sweden people would hate it. They don't like names that sounds english like Luke,Ryan,Dylan,Emily,Megan,Joanna and so on..
