Is somehow better than Ashlea. Each makes about as much sense as the other.

No matter the spelling, I dislike the name.

Ashleigh is the most common spelling here, so it seems as conventional as Ashley to me. I still hate it. Kayleigh is our most popular spelling of that name, too - we seem to have a "leigh" fetish.
