I don't like Chase on either gender. But if it's bad on a boy, it's absolutely horrid for a girl.

It's a verb to me or a surname to me, not so great for a child imo. But I'd much rather see it on a boy than a girl.

Chase sounds good for a girl. Or a boy. It's a both name for me,.

I don't really care for it, but I don't see why it couldn't be used on a girl.

I don't think it's too masculine. There aren't exactly a string of historical figures named Chase - it might as well go either way. But I think it's trendy and undignified and I don't like it.

I always thought of it as all boy but recently a girl I know had a daughter named Chase and I think it's kind of cute. It has grown on me.

I think I prefer it on a girl actually, but I don't really care for it much. The female preference is probably because the only Chase I've ever "known" was a woman on the tv show Trading Spaces.

I always silently chuckle when I hear a parent yell "Chase!" to a little guy who is running away from them.

I like it but i'd never name a child it. I can see the appeal for the name on a girl and i think in theory it's fine for both but i also see it as more of a name for a pet rather than a child

I hate it for either gender, but it seems less feminine than masculine to me if I had to choose either one. Like you said it yourself, it's something I could only imagine on a dog and never on a person. Though I personally wouldn't use it on a dog either..
