They live in the USA and their home is a large cottage in a dense forest.
William Alexander, or Wil, is the father. He has straight blond hair and brown eyes. He enjoys playing the guitar for his family. He is a very serious man, but is patient beyond measure with his children. He is 47 years old and works for a wildlife preserve (on the edge of which the family lives).
Lydia Faith is the mother. She has wavy light brown hair and blue eyes. She loves to dance. She is cheerful and romantic, and very much unlike her husband. She is 46 years old and works as a tour guide for the wildlife preserve's many trails.
Violet Sierra, or Vi, is the oldest child and first daughter. She is a twin to Sabina. Vi has straight red hair and blue eyes. She loves to play the piano, and is very good at it. She has a very artsy, creative sort of nature, and is very patient with her siblings. Vi tends to be very laid back. She is sixteen years old and in tenth grade.
Sabina Medb, or Bina, is the secondborn and second daughter. She is a twin to Violet. Bina has curly red hair and blue eyes. She loves to dance, like her mother. Bina tends to be quite loud, but she is nearly always happy. She is sixteen years old and in tenth grade.
Aldéric Juuso, or Deric, is the thirdborn and first son. He is a triplet to Jonathan and Lorraine. Deric has curly red hair and brown eyes. He loves to draw, and often draws pictures of the wildlife found on the reserve. Deric is very kind, but also very quiet. He is shy and won't talk to hardly anyone. He is twelve and in sixth grade.
Jonathan Michael, or Jonny, is the fourthborn and second son. He is a triplet to Aldéric and Lorraine. Jonny has straight light brown hair and hazel eyes. He likes to play the guitar and has learned a lot from Wil. Jonny loves to play sports, and he has a great sense of humor which he puts to good use. He is twelve and in sixth grade.
Lorraine Nicole, or Lori, is the fifthborn and third daughter. She is a triplet to Aldéric and Jonathan. Lori has wavy dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She is very talented at acting, but doesn't often let people watch her due to her shyness. She is very imaginative and artsy. Lori likes to be by herself. She is twelve and in sixth grade.
