I like Zara very much said ZAHR-ah. Otherwise I find it rather downmarket and ugly. Zara Gabrielle is beautiful but Gabrielle is not Italian--it's French.Zara Adriana
Zara Sofia
Zara Sophia
Zara Elena

Zara reminds me of the clothing store that is all around Italy and other parts of Europe.

I forgot about those. I was in quite a few of those when I was in Spain. :-)

Zara's okay. I know a girl named Zara Elisabeth who says her parents did it as a play on Sara Elizabeth. I think that's pretty.Zara Gabrielle is nice (Gabrielle's not Italian though =/. Zara Gabriella would be, which sounds better IMO). Zara Ginevra is nms for some reason. Some other ideas:
Zara Catarina
Zara Susannah
Zara Carolina
Zara Virginia
Zara Isidora
Zara Rebecca
Zara Sylvia
Zara Manuela
Zara Josephina
Zara Johanna
Zara Georgina / Georgiana
Zara Delfina
