If, as you say, the name is Greek, then the meaning would depend on the orginal Greek spelling. Luk- would transliterate into Roman script as Lyk-. This looks like a name based on lykos, "wolf." If on the other hand, the original Greek letters spelt Loukeas, to obtain a broad U sound, then the name is probably from Lucas, Luke, as already suggested.
