Judge Judy was undeniably Sheldon Leonard. Very perceptive, Nan!
In B&W TV ads in the 60's (?), Manners the Butler was a miniature (reduced in scale on the screen) butler who hung around under dining tables lecturing people whose napkins slipped out of their laps to switch to Kleenex paper napkins, which presumably stayed put.
This role of course was only a cover that allowed the mini-perv to gape up a lotta skirts...
