I think there's no translation for "real" italian names. How do you translate Enzo, Italo, Ennio, Gigliola, Orieta, Ornella, Fiordaliso, etc.?
Instead, you can translate Giovanni (john), Paolo (Paul), Graziella (Grace), Isabella (Elizabeth), etc. because these are latin or greek names.
Can you imagine an english person trying to translate to italian names like Heather, Kimberley, Denzel or Barry?
