Anneliese
is pronounced an-uh-LEESE, the same as Annalise would be pronounced.
Anneliese
and
Annelise
are
German
and Scandinavian names respectively. Annalise is an Anglicisation of
Anneliese
and
Annelise
, and isn't as common.

In
German
Anneliese
is pronounced AN-eh-LEEZ-eh. A lot of English speakers do say AN-uh-leece or an-uh-LEECE though.
