Help[Opinions] Please don't type in All Caps

It's the Internet equivalent of shouting, and is considered rude. Also, it's quite hard on the eyes of those reading the message.
Also, go easier on the punctuation, please. They usually don't like to be used in groups (save for one exclamation mark and one question mark occasionally working together to form "?!").
