Norwegian and Swedish pronunciation:
Kjetil: CHEH-til ("ch" like in the word cheque, but without the t-sound in the beginning!)
Kettil: exactly like Kjetil but with a shorter eh-sound.
Danish:
Kjetil: KYEH-til
Kettil: KETT-til
