yep it depends which part she is from or rather which prononciation her parents thought to be the most beautiful :)In German, the main differences would be that the "E" isn't pronounced like "ee" in english, but with a really clear "é" and doesn't really have an "ay" sound, but maybe that's the closest you can get in english? And secondly the "v" is pronounced like "f" as in "father".So I'd say "é-fah" :)
