Noel West is a 4 month old little boy from Manchester. Noel is a very happy baby who has been in a foster home since he was born. Noel is a little small for his age, but is doing great. He is a beautiful little boy and will be a great addition to your family.

It has been two months since our baby boy joined our family. We have decided to change his name to Rhythm Zephyr.
We changed his name to Rhythm because when we met him we were instantly
a family. It was like we followed the same rhythm. We chose Zephyr because the whole process of getting to know him was so perfect and easy that it was like riding the wind.
Rhythm loves his new home! He loves to smile and laugh at his big brothers and sisters, and his favorite thing is taking walks around London.
