CKE had a post on this name a couple of weeks ago. He said that Bethzy is actually pronounced like Betsey. In Spanish, H's are silent and Z's are pronounced like S's, so that is probably the case. Bethzy was the name of the winner of Mexico's version of "Dancing with the Stars", so the name is mostly popular with Latino families.
