I really like it. What really jumps out at me is the "hero" part in the middle which I love, not too crazy about the meaning, but I think its very handsome and I think I'm going to add it to my list =)
I notice some people associate it with Charlize Theron. I admit, that's what I thought of at first but its not a bad association. And like Isla said, its not like is a feminine first name, its only her surname.
I'd probably pronounce it Thay-ron whether that's the correct pronunciation or not. I think it sounds better pronounced that way.
