Others I thought of based on names on my personal list:
Phoenix Addison
Phoenix Andrew or Phoenix Alexander
Phoenix Cameron
Phoenix Christopher
And Nick for a nn is cool, honestly, I've never thought about using Phoenix as a first name (thought I love it for a middle) because I didn't think I could actually call a child by Phoenix, but I'm loving the nn: Nick with it..
If I wasn't a fan of Nicholas, I'd probably put Phoenix with NN: Nick at the top of my list. :)
Also.. for a combo with Phoenix as a mn: my favorite is Jaden Phoenix or Jadon Phoenix, but I also like Christopher Phoenix and Luke Phoenix.
