Riley Paige: I like Riley (I also like the sp. Rylie & unlike most people, I only like this name for a girl); I don't like Paige at all
Lily Rose: I like both names (I like Lily by itself or as a NN for Lillian/Elisabeth/Lilia); I think that Lily Rose makes a cute NN for a girl named Elisabeth Rose or Lillian Rose, but by itself it's a little too themy imo
*As for the twin set, I don't think Riley & Lily go together very well. Riley is a unisex name while Lily is more feminine & girly (almost cutesy). I think that Hannah & Heather are okay as twins, but I think Hannah & Lily would have been even cuter.
