Actually, it doesn't take me long at all. I compile a list of names for each sex on Excel ahead of time. Then I just have to find the numbers asked for, and type the name. It takes me maybe 3 minutes for the average 2-name-per-person family. And it took me around 3 hours to compile the list (including a 2.5 hr section where the internet was down). So half an hour to make the list of 400 names.
