Aponi it's Native American (Blackfoot) for the word "butterfly" I remember looking it up the other day and forgot it meant that.

I don't love Aponi (it looks like it would be pronounced just like "a pony"), but I'd honestly rather see that than Butterfly or Papillon. Although I do prefer Mariposa, as others have mentioned.

Probably would give less people heart attacks to hear :P
I actually don't think Papillion sounds as terrible to the ears as everyone thinks, but I would never use it on a human.

I like butterflies, My sister I was thinking of maybe honouring her with it as she adores butterflies.
