I think these'd work better as middle names. Rossetti, I could see as a first name pretty easily; Rousseau, I think I'd have to see in action for it to work for me.

I'd use Rousseau for a boy and Rossetti for a girl. Or both for boys (if Rossetti was the middle name), or both for girls (if Rousseau was a middle name).
