All I found on it was that it's Spanish and is from "mas ciela," so it means "more sky." It would be pronounced mahs-ee-AY-la. I thought it looked Spanish when I saw it too, but when I googled it there was an Albanian actress with this name, so maybe it's a name in another language too.
