Just like Rose. Both are beautiful flowernames. I don't consider Lily as a nn at all (even though it can be used as a nn). Rose is less common but I prefer names with more syllables, so I would choose Lily. Lilian and Liliana are beutiful too.
I also like longer Rose-names, like Rosemary, Rosalie, Rosalind, Rosamond.
