I love the Lucy. I'm expecting a girl at the end of Feb./early March and my husband's first choice is Lucy. Mine is Susannah, so we're thinking about Susannah Lucy. Lucy is very popular in England, and I'm sure it will be become very popular in America too, but I still love it.
I like Winter as it's kind of romantic. I like the idea of Lucy - light - mixed with Winter. Light in Winter is a really nice meaning. I don't know how this would work in the middle of July, but if you like it, it's a pretty combo, go for it.
