It looks cool, but it sounds too feminine since it's the same as Isla (yeah, ditto Lethe). I do think Isla is cute though.
I've heard of Isley as a name (IES-lee), which at least looks close to Islay. I saw it on a girl, but since it's a surname it of course would work for a boy.
