Help[Opinions] How many do I know? 30,000.

Seriously. This name is done for me. Done done done done done. I refuse to hear of another one.
Here are the ones I know:
Katelyn x 2
Kaitlyn x 2
Caitlin x 1
Kaitlin x 1
Katelynn x 1
I also know a Kate, a Katie and a Kayte (pronounced Katie).
All but one of those (Kayte) are from my class of 240 (which contains about 120 girls).
It is the most boring name ever to me. I'm soooo sick of it. It's actually somewhat pretty, but I swear it seems like half of all girls are named Katelyn.
Of your combos I would go with Augusta Caitlin, simply because August screams masculine to me.
I think Cateline is confusing and would get a lot of mispronunciations, though it looks cleaner.
