I've never seen or heard this name before, but as it is French, I would pronounce it zha-ke/ka-MEEN--it's hard to get that middle syllable exact.
As I have never heard the name or heard of it, I don't think there is an English pronunciation. If you were to take it roughly the same as Jacqueline, it would be JACK-eh-min. If I were you I'd stick with the French. =)
