Doesn't pass the Eddie Izzard test: "What shall we name our son so he doesn't get the *bleep* kicked out of him at school?"
This goes for both Seraphim and Sappheiros (which is much too close to Sappho and Sapphic, as well).
Better "S" names for boys are:
Samuel
Sawyer
Scott
Sean
Sebastian
Seth
Sidney
Sigmund
Sigfried
Silvester
Simon
Smith
Spencer
Stanley
Stephen
Steven
Stewart
Stuart
