Hmmm, it's a pity your sister is named Christine - I actually really like Maria Christine. And I like Maria Augustine as well.

I would never use it on a real child but... I kind of like the idea.

Actually, you could put the whole Holy Family into one combo:
Isa Maria Josephine ;-)
