The only thing that came to mind was Sunshine, but I don't think that's what you're going for, since she only has Sunshine or Sunny. Which, depending on the person, probably won't age well.
The only Sunny that I know, that's her full first name and it suits her perfectly and will always suit her.
I like Sunniva / Sunneva.
