Heh. Well, I've known a few Theresa/Teresas and they all seemed to follow that pattern, but obviously not everyone does. SOme of them are really hilarious though, they insist that their way is the 'right' way to say/pronounce it, and when asked why, cannot defend themselves with anything better than 'that's how my parents said it/how I say it.', Similar things for other names, as well.
