It's ok. I am pretty neutral about it. My brother's godparents have a son called Dalton (it was his mother's maiden name). I haven't seen him for years but growing up he was a willowy, gentle chap who played chess - so that's my association with it. Incidentally he is now married and has a son called Guy.A few years ago a girl I worked with had a son called Dalton - he was huge, stolid, bruiser of a baby, the doctor was worried about his weight he was so big. His name always sat oddly with me because of my previous association with the name.
