Theo and Oliver is perfect. My sister has an Oliver and I told her that if she ever has another boy, Theodore would be the perfect match to Oliver. Ollie and Theo. Sigh. I hope she listens to me, but I doubt it.

Vilton is part of the Kevin/Melvin/Milton trend, but since people want be original they make up all sorts of names that sound similar, but aren't quite those toplist names. Wilton seems to exist, though (v = w in Swedish), but Vilton is just as likely to be Vilhelm + Milton.
Love (LOO-ve) is a very common boys name in Sweden, and so is Neo (more recently), I doubt it's short for anything.
