This doesn't initally strike me as feminine, but I see there is a female Biblical
Michal. ("MEE-kull" or "MIE-kull"?) As to the middle name, I prefer the
Cassandra spelling and like the name. However the "k" sound in
Michal and the "k" sound in
Kassandra are so close to one another, that I'm not enjoying hearing it repeated.
Kassandra Michal spaces those "k" sounds out and is much more pleasing to my ear.
With
Michal as a first name, and assuming the "MEE" pronunciation,
Mimi,
Kiki or
Callie could work for nicknames, I think.
