At least according to my biology Latin, I think it would be pronounced see-lum, and possibly in ecclesiastical Latin, chee-lum.

I was taught... I think it was Classical Latin? ... and there the letter C is hard. Not sure about ecclesiastical Latin, though.
I think the ae diphthong makes the "ai" (as in aisle) sound, but I did just have a mild panic attack trying to remember. Oh lord, why did I ever quit you, Latin...

I did some research on the pronunciation after I posted this thread, and I found that it's pronounced SEE-lum. At least, that's how the constellation is pronounced. Doesn't really appeal to me as much now, haha.
