Wow that's quite funny that a family named their kid Rhys and didn't even know how to pronounce it properly!
Mind you, you occasionally see people pronouncing quite common names wrong deliberately. Like "it's spelled like Emma, but it's pronounced "ee-ma"" or something like that (thats just a made-up example)
