[Facts] Oh, and..
Speaking as someone who has a PhD. in the subject, the BTN meaning is wrong. The name is just Llyw 'lion' + the diminutive endings -el-in (like Joscelin or Lancelin). No Lugh or Belenos at all, despite the celty sounding ness of it all.
