I think it's pretty associated with Yu-Gi-Oh.
I've never heard as a first name either, in Yu-Gi-Oh, the character's first name is Ryou.
Ok, I googled it and 99.9% all Yu-Gi-Oh. The other .1% is a planet in the Star Wars universe.
So I'd avoid it?
